ezIQC for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania

ezIQC^® was developed by The Gordian Group to bring the benefits of Job Order Contracting to the Cooperative Purchasing buyer. The Keystone Purchasing Network, a local Pennsylvania Cooperative, has made ezIQC construction contracts available for use by all School Districts, Authorities, Townships, Boroughs, Cities and all other public entities in Pennsylvania with a simple membership.

The Keystone Purchasing Network competitively bid 24 ezIQC contracts across the Commonwealth. Local general construction, electrical, plumbing and HVAC contractors are available to start work immediately. These are prevailing wage rate contracts. They meet all Pennsylvania competitive bidding requirements and comply with the Separations Act and the Steel Act.
